TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A booking form represents a valid contract. “A Taste of Italy” will provide luxury Italian style Ice Cream to your guests at the agreed venue on the day and at the time as stated. We reserve the right to substitute any variety of ice cream that is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Whilst we hope that you enjoy beautiful weather for your special day “A Taste of Italy” cannot guarantee this and therefore if using an outside venue it would be prudent to have a secondary allocated position undercover for the Tricycle. Please ensure that if using an indoor venue an entry point of 1.2 metres is available on ground floor. The Tricycle length totals 2.4 metres.
Adults must supervise children when obtaining an ice cream if their child has any allergies whatsoever, to nuts or dairy products*, ice cream or toppings, it is the parent’s responsibility to bring them to be served and inform the member of staff serving the ice cream, that they have a particular allergy.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking.
The outstanding balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the function date, late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. A receipt will be sent by return post or email for confirmation.
Some ice creams may contain traces of nuts*.
In severe weather or adverse weather conditions which affect travelling conditions, we have the right to cancel attendance and any monies paid even deposits will be reimbursed.
